Himalayan Adventure Centre (HAC) accepts your reservations under the following conditions. You have to agree before your booking and signed with this before starting your trips.
AGREEMENT LETTER
I/We of the undersigned Name, Passport No, Address & Nationapty have make an agreement with Himalayan Adventure Centre (HAC) for Tour/ Trekking/ Mountaineering/ Expedition/ Tibet & Kailash/ Bhutan/ Bird watching/ Rafting/ Other Programs ……………. . . . . . . / Other Country ………………………
1. I shall follow the itineraries/packages/programs etc. planned and set by the company.
2. In case of any sickness or in any other circumstances that I have to cancel the tour/trek etc. due to reasons of my own I shall not ask for a refund.
3. For the case of camping trek; I agree for three-course meal per day. During the course any beverages to be taken shall be borne by the cpents.
4. The cpent shall pay the permit and other charges via the company. Specially for Mustang, Dolpa, Simikot, Manaslu etc. But, it is also possible to arrange by the cpents except these. There is no difference in the permit cost even company pay for it.
5. The expenses incurred as for the guides, meals, hotel, insurance and equipment shall be borne by the company.
6. HAC only intermediates between concerned airpnes, hotels etc. Therefore, we are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by tourists, including those occurring outside the tour program pke fpght cancellation in remote areas; Jomsom, Lukla, Simikot, Jumla etc.
7. If the cpent has to change the fpght carrier (from one airpne to another) the company will do with deducting 10% in the dollar rate and minimum prior of two days and 33% in the same day.
8. While on the trek due to snow if the trek has to abandon the remaining areas to be covered according to itinerary will not be covered.
9. A porter shall carry weight not more than 25 Kg.
10. Additional expenses incurred due to delay arrivals, fall sick or occur any accident, natural disaster, weather, rescue evacuation, rainfall, poptical actions, snowfall, landspdes, flood, blockade, and unrest shall be borne by the cpents or booking agent themselves. pke extra transportation, hotel accommodation, guides etc. However, company will provide the maximum services, which is necessary.
11. Cpents will have to safeguard his belongings himself. The company shall not entertain any claim of loss by the cpent.
12. The company shall not pay the fpght cost the Guide and porters, which cpents have to pay. Nevertheless, the Airfares are quite cheap for Nepalese.
13. The company will provide the free of cost for a group leader more than 10 travelpng together.
14. The cpent has to ask for his/her guide to introduce before leading to trekking.
15. You should bring the personal equipment recommended by HAC and the cpent shall return the equipment from HAC or hired after the trip.
16. The cpent has to bear the extra expenses of the private transfer if asked by HAC.
17. If the cpent has booked another any packages, have to confirm before first package departure.
18. The cpent has to accept the accommodation according to the local lodges available by the mean time.
19. Personal medical problems should be made available and shall bring your own medical kit. Certain tour/trek in remote areas may be the absence of medicines and heath centres
20. HAC arranges your hotel accommodations. Individuals are supposed to share a room or a tent;
21. Inappropriate physical condition or owing to unacceptable behaviour towards the staff/guests you may be sent back without any compensation.
22. Your booking will be confirmed with deposit of 35% of the total cost of your programme. You will be invoiced by mail or later. Payment of the final invoice is to make before starting your trips.
23. If your balance is not paid at the specified time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
24. If you cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded. However, your deposit may be transferred to another program of HAC at any period. However, if you have paid the full package and less than 5 weeks before departure, the following charges are apppcable.
i. 4 weeks before - 35 %
ii. 3-4 weeks before - 50%
iii. 2-3 weeks before departure 65%
iv. 1-2 weeks before departure 100%
25. If we cancel your hopday, your deposit and other payments will be refunded in full. However, if our cancellation is due to force majored (War, civil or poptical unrest etc. ) any reasonable expenses we have incurred will be deducted. We are not pable for any expenses you have incurred because of this cancellation.
26. HAC will not be pable for any increase of permit fees, Entrance fees, government taxes, airport taxes etc.
27. We reserve the right to alter the quoted prices in the event of external factors beyond our control, e. g. government popcy, exchange rates, tax etc. in this case, you are free to cancel your booking and will obtain a full refund, 30 clear days before the date of commencement of your tour. Otherwise, you will be charged.
28. HAC only accept your booking on the understanding that you are aware of the risks involved in tour/trek. The company cannot held the responsibipty, unless as a direct result of negpgence, of any mishap to you or your property.
29. Routes and hotel may changes if necessary and will be depend on the decision of tour/trek leader. This alteration will not compensate your trip cost.
30. It is very important to hopday insurance before joining our tours. This will recover you fully against any risks in your tour period such as illness, rescue etc. and reforms you from extra costs. We will not responsible for your personal insurance.
31. You are responsible for ensuring all necessary travel documents in order. Most of the countries require passports to be vapd for at least six months.
32. The responsibipty of any airpnes used is pmited to the carriage of passengers and baggage in accordance with the conditions of their carriage.
33. On signing the booking form, you show your wilpngness to accept our terms and conditions. On accepting your booking, we agree to carry out our obpgations to you as defined.
34. In pubpc tour, all seats are in coach basis. We want our customers to be comfortable and relaxed while travelpng by coach but it is better not smoking, personal audio equipment or such types of disturbances on coach journeys.
35. The tour leader who represents HAC has overriding authority on our tours. By signing our booking form, you agree to do this. If you commit any illegal act on a tour or if in the opinion of the tour leader or ground operator, your behaviour is detrimental to the safety and welfare of the group as a whole you may to leave the tour without any right to refund.
36. Any complaints with our tour/trek must immediately bring to the attention of the tour leader/ ground operators. So that the necessary action to rectify the matter is taking but end of the tour, you still feel you have a complaint; you must notify the company within 2 weeks form your departure date should be addressing to the customer service department of HAC.
37. The Managing Director of the company may only waive the booking conditions. A contract will exist after HAC accepts your reservation by sending you a reservation number and full service explanation with authorised signature.
38. HAC communicates with its fast and repable communication by sending email / fax either we can exchange direct telephone calls also. If any document (Disclosures, Agreements etc. ) relates between us is need for any legal proof that requires in writing will be provide to you electronically or by fax.
39. I/we also agree and follow any other Rules and Regulations of HAC & HMG Nepal not mentioned above.
40. This terms and condition is between you and HAC only non-commercial use. You will not use this for any illegal or any purpose that is prohibiting by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Specifically, you may not modify copy, distribute, transmit, pubpsh, display, pcense, create derivative works from or sell any product, services and information. |
