The adventure, challenge and fun only start from Extreme Adventure Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd., Nepal. Two Young team enthusiastic entrepreneurs along with French Expert established this agency in the Year 1998 but soloy and have since then acquired an excellent reputation on the tourism market, which stands for high quality, a personal service and very competitive prices. All our programs are based on Eco-Tourism with a deep-rooted respect for the environment for future generations.
The Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation in Nepal, Nepal Association of Tour & Travel Agents (NATTA), Trekking Agents Association of Nepal (TAAN) and Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) recognizes our agency, as well as member of many National and International organizations related with travel and tourism. We can be proud of introducing as first trekking agency in Nepal to discover virgin trials such as Kalinchok, Sailung and Chordung Village ( Hunumante Peak).
During our 15 years experiences, We have explored almost all trekking areas by our own before customaizing any itinerary which is rare in this case in Nepal.Most of our tours /Trekking are fully supported by local guides and one leader from their own repective countries. To Minimuze the cost of the entire trip, we have established stores in most of the remote zone of almost trekking areas accordingly.
Moreover, We have displayed almost all ( hand written feedback ) articals after completation of the trekking /climbing etc by our trekkers as it is impossible to present almost all from 1994 to till date.
Currently, We have updated this website simply keeping in the mind that our client may inquire for new tours/trekking not only within Nepal but also to Tibet Trekking, Tours, Expeditions, Bhutan Treks and Tours, India Treks and Tours & Mt Kailash tours and Trekking from both routes overland via Zhangmu ( Nepal-China Border ) or Simikot via Nepalgunj of western Nepal. OUR OFFICE
Our head office is located in the heart of the chief tourist area of Thamel in Kathmandu,Nepal. Our branch offices are in Pokhara, Bhairahawa, and the main cities of Nepal. Bhairahawa, Birgunj and Biratnagar are main entrance of Nepal by overland and operating points of the tour programme and Pokhara is the starting point of Annapurna and other trekking areas as well as different types of tours. All of our offices open 365 days a year from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
OUR STAFF
All the directors, Managers are having well-experienced and vast knowledge in the respective fields. They are fully trained from recognized institutions/organizations and national/international universities. And also participate in various workshops, seminars and business fairs held in Asia, Europe and America. HP Tours officials are also well known in tourism. All employees are dedicating in their responsibilities. The guest relation officers, tour officer/guides, trekking guides of Happy Adventure Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd obtained international standard License and certificates from the management colleges as well as trained with many different languages i.e. English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Chinese, Japanese, and Turkish etc. Our tour officer and guides provide detailed information about Nepal’s landscape, wildlife, flowers, culture and way of life to you on your way. All employees and field staffs have good experiences more than a decade in these fields. Meeting of the directors and staffs held time by time for reviewing the overall activities and areas of improvement. It also offers annual Bonus to its entire working staff to encourage their dedication. Currently, permanent working staffs of our organization are 60.

On our trekking and tours, we use high quality equipment imported from foreign countries in order to guarantee the best quality and safety. We only use hygienic foods, green vegetables, pure water, and healthy soups. We also assure that all porters and guides are equipped with the same excellent materials.

The company is a license holder of HMG, Nepal for rescue operation during emergency, can immediately avail a helicopter with necessary equipments. HAC releases a helicopter without taking any deposit.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Since the establishment of our agency, it contributes towards preservation, cleaning and other social activities especially for disabled. A certain percentage of the income has been allocating for such types of relief funds. This fund is also contributed by our management, staffs and guests. Last year the company had contributed to the natural calamities and other needful activities effectively. Our company is sponsoring some helpless children to bright their future. About 200 students in different level are studying in the different parts of the country.
